No Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance.
- If the package is broken upon delivery, refunds will not be issued unless there is a valid reason.
- Any damage caused after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions (Store Credit or Replacement Only)
In rare cases, if the product is:
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item received).
- Severely damaged during transit (must provide photo/360 video proof within 48 hours of delivery).
- Defective due to a manufacturing issue.
We will offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund, based on stock availability.
