At Professor of Perfume, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a valid reason.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if the package has been opened or used.
- If the package is broken upon delivery, returns will not be accepted unless there is a valid reason.
Eligible Returns
A return request will be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during shipping and is unusable.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please email us at mail@popperfume.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Once we verify the claim, we will either issue a replacement or a store credit, depending on availability.
